I am 24 years old. (female) for the joint last few weeks have been very irritating. The feeling is not painful, but very difficult and painful! It is very difficult to explain. I am in good health. The affected joints are ankles, 1 knee, elbow, hand, fingers and neck. What is possible?

This seems very similar syptoms, I had over 22 years old, and I turned out to be rheumatoid arthritis. It's not as scary as it sounds and you can get it as I improve, but the earlier the treatment. Tip: it is acupuncture, which helped me, you also try cutting dairy from your diet and see if it has any effect.
First pop-up during the GP and get a look, they are experts after all.
